I've been to the one in Madrid a couple of times and dare I say that this CDMX San Gines is better than the original. Very pretty and comfortable ambience, quick service and the porras, churros y chocolate were made to perfection. The chocolate were slightly thicker than the one I had in Madrid, most likely coz I told the lady that I want to use it as a dip. The churros and porras were hot and the grease were bearable. Their menu has many other things including breakfast items, tapas etc. But we were there just for the chocolate so we didn't try other things. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

This is my second time here and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a delicious treat. Churros and Porras are delicious and the workers are very friendly. Definitely come by!

Super cute corner churro shop. Kind owners, crunchy and fresh churros, the chocolate was the perfect consistency. We stumbled upon this shop walking between Condesa and Roma Norte and we’re so glad we did!

Their takeaway coffee is the best in this neighbourhood. The churros are delicious. Especially because of the rich, thick, chocolate sauce they serve with them.

Places is very nice, the chocolate is the authentic recipe from Madrid. Churros were cold, but the taste was very good, I would recommend to go past 6pm that seems to be more movement and churros are fresh and warm.

10/10 The play was empty except for us and the attention was excellent, even the chef recurrently ask for our opinion. Great place, comfy and peaceful.

Authentic Spanish casual food! If you like churros you should try their other version called Porros, chunkier and softer. Also, their huevos rotos are cheap and delicious!!
